Hey everyone!

Our Save the Date cards have been going out all week, so you should be either getting them soon, or you have already gotten them and that is how you found this blog. If you move sometime in the next 8 months, please let us know so that we can keep our addresses updated and then your wedding invite won’t be lost in the mail. Many people have commented on the fact that we sent them out so early. We just wanted to make sure that you all know about the date since it is the weekend immediately following a holiday weekend, and we would love to have everyone there. So if you have any questions, let us know!

Wow this has been a windstorm of a couple of months. We have been really busy with everything BUT the wedding. Many of you have mentioned that we haven’t updated the site, but we are working on it very slowly. We are putting together the guest list and preparing to send out Save-The-Dates. Don’t know when they will be heading your way, but we are hoping for sometime before September. We have quite a few ideas for the wedding that we are trying out to see if they will work and so far, so good. I will see if Darrell can put up some of the pictures from when we went at the beginning of May. The weather was way nicer and we are very excited about it. There are tons of logistics that we need to work out, but things always come together in the end. Keep your eyes peeled for the picture update.

We have confirmed our date as May 30, 2009 at the Mendocino Woodlands. We are going to reserve Friday and Saturday evenings , May 29th and 30th and depending on response from relatives, may reserve the evening of Sunday, May 31st as well.

My main computer is suffering from kernel-panics right now. When it comes back from the repair shop, I will put some big updates on here including 30-40 photos from the Woodlands and some of Sharyn and me.
